The Knights athletic program emphasizes the development of character, teamwork, sportsmanship, and persistence in all student athletes. With a variety of sports, including baseball, basketball, cross country, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track & field, volleyball, and wrestling, many are available for both boys and girls, with some competing at the junior varsity level and all competing at the varsity level. Our facility has a full-size regulation gym, an auxiliary gym, and a strength training center. The campus also includes outdoor facilities with tennis courts, a soccer field, and baseball and softball fields to host home competitions.

Peninsula Catholic is part of the Tidewater Conference of Independent Schools (TCIS) at the regional level and the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association (VISAA) at the state level. The Knights and Lady Knights are consistently recognized at the conference and state levels for their skill and sportsmanship. With a full complement of coaches dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to grow mentally and physically, nearly 70% of our students compete in at least one sport each year.
