Flexible Tuition Program

Flexible Tuition Program is a sliding scale tuition model designed to make a Peninsula Catholic education accessible to more families by meeting the needs of each family’s unique financial situation. While every family will continue to contribute to their child’s tuition and fees, our New Flexible Tuition Program enables all families the opportunity to access an affordable PC education for their children.

One of the most attractive qualities of the New Flexible Tuition Program is its simplicity. Families with the economical means will continue to pay the full Peninsula Catholic tuition while families whose resources are less abundant will pay a tuition fee based on their ability. Thus, all students are afforded the opportunity to be welcomed into our community. 

Factors like income, family circumstances, and the cost of living are assessed by FACTS, a confidential third party service online. Their recommendations are considered by our Administration as each request is individually reviewed to determine the personalized flexible tuition rate for every family. By making a Peninsula Catholic High School education more financially possible, we will have the opportunity to provide an exceptional Catholic education for your student. 

Application Process

1. Fill out a FACTS application

Peninsula Catholic utilizes FACTS, a confidential online service, to review each family's financial circumstances, taking into account such factors as family size, adjusted gross income, number of children attending schools that charge tuition, and assets/liabilities that are not reflected in household income. All families are asked to provide the same financial information for consideration. The confidential application is easy and most families complete it in about 15 minutes.
 
Step 1 of the Application Process — The following documents need to be uploaded into FACTS to supplement your application.

  • Completed Federal Tax Return (from the previous year) including all supporting tax schedules

  • W-2 forms for all individuals listed on the tax return

  • Documentation for Social Security income and Child Support

A processing fee of $35 will be required to submit your Flexible Tuition Program application.

2. A Flexible Tuition amount is determined for your family

After your confidential verified application has been reviewed, you will be notified with your flexible tuition rate.
