Booster Club and Bingo
The PC Booster Club has a long-standing partnership with the Knights of Columbus Council 5480 in Newport News. The Knights have generously supported PC with the revenue from facilitating bingo during the week. In return, we have supported these efforts by volunteering to help during bingo.
What: Supporting bingo by selling $1 Instant Cards. If you can count, you are qualified!
When: Individuals may volunteer on Monday or Thursday Nights clubs and teams with 6 volunteers on Thursday Nights
5:30 - 10:30 pm, typically done closer to 10:00 pm
Where: Knights of Columbus Hall, 12742 Nettles Drive in Newport News
Who: Parents, family, friends, and students 16 and older with parent permission
Why: Give 4 for Bingo. Commit to 4 bingo nights when it is convenient for you and you get a FREE newly designed PC Booster T-shirt. It is an easy way to complete your family service hours!
How: Visit our Bingo SignUp Genius. Choose the dates that will work best for you.
Sneak Peek: Grand Knight, Steve Chipman, will conduct a brief sneak peek tour for Bingo volunteers on a Thursday, so you will know where to go and what to expect before you volunteer. Arrangements must be made in advance through Patrick McFadden for a personal Sneak Peek tour.
