Transcript Request Form

Official transcripts will be processed and mailed within 2-3 business days.  Rush transcript requests will be processed and mailed within 24 business hours.  Any rush transcript requests received after 2:00pm Friday will be processed and mailed first thing the following business day.  All transcripts will be mailed via USPS First Class Mail, please give 1-5 business days to receive requested documents. 

Official transcripts cannot be emailed.
